Life is a wild ride, and I help people learn how to be fully present, responsive, and Living In Alignment™ in order to more fully enjoy the journey. I am a believer in the process of self-inquiry, fused with compassion and curiosity, which fuels all of my work.
Drawing from over 40 years of experience in the mental health field, my approach is grounded in a strength-based, action-oriented coaching modality as well as yoga, energy and mindfulness practices.
Yoga has been integral to my personal journey and to my connection with others. After a sudden, tragic loss in my life, I discovered the healing and guiding power of yoga practice. I felt an overwhelming desire to become a yoga teacher and to share the wisdom and power of the practice with others.
I live in Sisters, Oregon with my husband and fat cat. The other loves of my life are running, music, camping, the desert, and engaging in deep and meaningful conversations.
